艾司奥美拉唑和莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探析胃食管反流性咽喉炎采取艾司奥美拉唑和莫沙必利结合铝碳酸镁诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月~2022年1月就诊于本院的胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者研究,总纳入病例数至60例,采取随机数字法分组,对照组予艾司奥美拉唑+莫沙必利,基于对照组基础上,治疗组加用铝碳酸镁,进行以下指标的有效评价:有效率、症状评分、实验室指标等。结果①治疗效果:治疗组有效率,记录数值高于对照组(P<0.05);②症状改善状况:治疗组症状改善状况优于对照组(P<0.05);③实验室指标:治疗组较对照组,胃蛋白酶原II(PGI)、胃动素(MTL)等指标改善效果更为明显(P<0.05);④酸反流状况:治疗组较对照组,食管24hPH监测指标水平更低(P<0.05)。结论胃食管反流性咽喉炎采取艾司奥美拉唑和莫沙必利结合铝碳酸镁诊疗效果确切,可迅速改善症状,抑制酸反流,改善胃部功能,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of esomeprazole and mosapride combined with magnesium aluminate in the diagnosis and treatment of acid reflux disease pharyngitis.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,60 patients with acid reflux disease laryngitis were enrolled in the study,the control group was treated with esomeprazole and mosapride,and the treatment group was treated with magnesium aluminocarbonate on the basis of the control group.Results@therapeutic effect:the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);@improvement of symptoms:the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05);③laboratory indexes:theimprovementeffectofPepsin II and Motilin in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(p<0.05);4 acid reflux:the level of esophageal 24-hour ph in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole and Mosapride combined with hydrotalcite are effective in the diagnosis and treatment of acid reflux disease pharyngitis,which can rapidly improve symptoms,inhibit acid reflux and improve gastric function.
