探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对甲状腺结节性病变诊断的价值进展

摘　　要：目的揭示彩色多普勒超声技术在诊断甲状腺结节病变中的积极作用。方法在从2022年4月-2023年6月期间进行研究,包括60名甲状腺结节患者。所有患者经历彩色多普勒超声检查,并将其与病理诊断结果进行比对,作为参考标准。重点关注彩色多普勒超声的准确性,以及对良性和恶性结节的超声特征和血流动力学参数的研究。结果(1)与病理结果相比,彩色多普勒超声的诊断准确性,在统计学上并无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)良性结节在微钙化、无声晕、病灶形态的不规则性、回声低频率、边缘模糊度等超声特征方面,明显低于恶性结节(P<0.05)。此外,良性结节的搏动指数、阻力指数以及结节内最大血流速度都明显低于恶性结节(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声技术在甲状腺结节性病变的诊断中具备高度准确性。通过分析超声特征和血流动力学参数,能够有效地区分结节的良性和恶性,为患者的诊断提供了重要的信息。Objective To explore the positive value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lesions.Method From April 2022 to June 2023,60 patients with thyroid nodules were included in our study.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard;Focus on comparing the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound,the ultrasound characteristics of benign and malignant nodules,and hemodynamic parameters.Result(1)Compared with pathological results,there was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound(P>0.05).(2)The ultrasound features of benign nodules have a lower incidence of microcalcification,silent halo,irregular lesions,low echo,and unclear boundaries compared to malignant nodules(P<0.05).(3)The pulsation index,resistance index,and maximum flow velocity of benign nodules are lower than those of malignant nodules,while the minimum flow velocity of nodules is higher than that of malignant nodules(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lesions.The benign and malignant nodules can be determined by analyzing ultrasound features and hemodynamic parameters.
