左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺结节效果及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探析甲状腺结节采取左甲状腺素钠诊疗的效果及不良反应。方法选取2021年6月~2023年5月就诊于本院的甲状腺结节患者展开研究,总例数136例,按随机数字法分组,对照组中病例予甲状腺片,治疗组中病例予左甲状腺素钠,比较指标:治疗有效率、甲状腺功能、不良反应、生活质量。结果①治疗有效率:治疗组较对照组,治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②甲状腺功能:治疗组较对照组,甲状腺功能(促甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸等)明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③不良反应:治疗组较对照组,不良反应率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④生活质量:治疗组较对照组,生活质量获得更高的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺结节采取左甲状腺素钠诊疗效果确切,可显著改善甲状腺功能,促进生活质量提高,安全有效。值得借鉴。JObjective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of sodium levothyroxine in the diagnosis and treatment of Thyroid nodule.Methods A total of 136 patients with thyroid nodules who visited our hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received thyroid tablets,and the treatment group received levothyroxine sodium.The comparative indicators were treatment efficacy,thyroid function,adverse reactions,and quality of life.Results the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05);@thyroid function:compared with the control group,the thyroid function(thyroid-stimulating hormone,free triodothyronine,etc.)in the treatment group was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);adverse reactions:the rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Quality of life:the quality of life in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of Thyroid nodule,it can improve the thyroid function,improve the quality of life,and is safe and effective.It is worth learning from.
