探究将临床护理路径方法用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的研究慢性化脓性中耳炎采取临床护理路径的效果及价值。方法选取2021年01月-2023年01月就诊于本院的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者研究,总例数56例,采取随机法分组,对照组辅以常规护理,研究组辅以临床护理路径,比较指标:心理状态、听力水平、遵医行为、中耳积液消失用时等。结果①心理状态:研究组较对照组,焦虑、抑郁获得更低的评分(P<0.05);②听力水平/中耳积液消失用时:研究组较对照组,.听力明显改善,中耳积液消失用时更短(P<0.05);③遵医行为:研究组较对照组,饮食、用药、患耳自觉保护等遵医行为获得更高的评分(P<0.05);④疾病知识掌握状况:研究组较对照组,疾病掌握状况更优(P<0.05)。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎采取临床护理路径效果确切,可改善负性情绪及听力水平,纠正不良认知,提高日常遵医行为,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect and value of chronic suppurative otitis media by clinical nursing pathway.Methods A total of 56 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media from January to 20212023 were randomly divided into two groups,the study group was assisted by clinical nursing pathway,and compared with other indexes such as psychological status,hearing level,compliance behavior,time of middle ear effusion disappearing,etc.Results①psychological status:compared with the control group,the study group got lower scores of anxiety and depression(p<0.05);②the time of hearing level/middle ear effusion disappearance:compared with the control group,the hearing of the study group was obviously improved,and the time of middle ear effusion disappearance was shorter(p<0.05);③compliance behavior:compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores on compliance behavior such as diet,medication and conscious protection of affected ear(p<0.05);④mastery of disease:the mastery of disease in study group was better than that in control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is effective for chronic suppurative otitis media,which can improve negative emotion and hearing level,correct bad cognition and improve daily compliance behavior.
