摘 要:强化人工智能产业链韧性,是提升我国人工智能产业国际竞争地位的关键。以人工智能产业链抵抗能力、恢复能力、创新能力为切入点构建人工智能产业链韧性评价指标体系,采用熵权-Topsis、Dagum基尼系数以及空间收敛模型从时间、区域、空间三重维度测度人工智能产业链韧性水平。研究发现:我国人工智能产业链韧性水平呈现上升趋势但总体发展水平较低,且存在显著空间非均衡性特征。我国人工智能产业链韧性总体差异逐步缩小,区域间差异是整体发展差异的主要来源。全国层面与三大地区出现σ收敛且存在条件β收敛。通过科学评估人工智能产业链韧性情况,为构建自主可控、安全可靠的人工智能产业链提供有益参考。Strengthening the resilience of the AI industry chain is the key to improving the international competitive position of China's AI industry.The article constructs an evaluation index system for the resilience of the artificial intelligence industry chain based on its resistance,recovery,and innovation capabilities.It uses entropy weight TOPSIS,Dagum Gini coefficient,and spatial convergence model to characterize the resilience level of the artificial intelligence industry chain from three dimensions:time,region,and space.The research finds that the resilience of China's AI industry chain is on the rise,but the overall development level is low,and there is a significant spatial imbalance.The overall difference in the resilience of China's AI industry chain has gradually narrowed,and the regional difference is the main source of the overall development difference.There is a convergence ofσat the national level and in the three major regions,and there is conditionalβconvergence.This article provides useful references for building an autonomous,controllable,safe,and reliable artificial intelligence industry chain by scientifically evaluating the resilience of the AI industry chain.
