摘 要:基于综合物性测量系统(PPMS),利用Cernox-1050温度计作为标准温度计,对自研的低温温度计进行了标定实验。结果表明,自研温度计具有优良的低温特性,能满足3~320 K温区高灵敏度的低温测量要求。基于自研的低温温度计标定的数据处理,提出了一种利用切比雪夫多项式拟合与牛顿插值的低温温度测量方法。通过多种拟合和插值算法的理论分析与计算对比,表明应用牛顿插值法的测量精度最高,该方法测量准确度达到0.01 K,满足测量要求。该方法可以提高测量仪表中单片机计算温度的精度与效率,具有广阔的应用前景。Based on physical property measurement system(PPMS),a self-developed cryogenic thermometer was calibrated using a Cernox-1050 as a standard thermometer.The findings demonstrate that the cryogenic thermometer exhibits good low-temperature performance,thereby fulfilling the criteria for high-sensitivity cryogenic measurements at 3 to 300 K range.Based on the data processing of the cryogenic thermometer calibration,a cryogenic measurement method was proposed using Chebyshev polynomial fitting and Newtonain interpolation.A theoretical analysis and comparison of multiple fitting and interpolation algorithms demonstrate that the application of the Newtonian interpolation method yields the highest measurement accuracy with 0.01 K,which meets the required measurement precision.This method enhances the accuracy and efficiency of temperature calculation by microcontroller in the measuring instrument and has a promising future in various applications.
