本科护理专业毕业生工作准备度与领悟社会支持的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本科护理专业毕业生工作准备度及社会支持水平,并分析两者之间的关系,为护理专业应届毕业生顺利完成角色过渡,更快适应临床护理工作提供参考。方法:2023年3月—4月采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版毕业护士工作准备度量表及领悟社会支持量表,对山东省某医学院校护理专业即将毕业的238名护生进行调查。结果:本科护理专业毕业生工作准备度总分为(263.22±55.21)分,领悟社会支持总分为(62.27±12.41)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.490,P<0.05);控制一般资料后,领悟社会支持可解释本科护理专业毕业生工作准备度18.2%的变异(P<0.001)。结论:本科护理专业毕业生工作准备度处于中等偏上水平,领悟社会支持处于中等偏上水平,领悟社会支持正向预测工作准备度。教育者和管理者应加强合作,根据影响因素制定相应的措施,给予本科护理专业毕业生充分的支持,以提高其工作准备度。Objective:To understand the level of work readiness and perceived social support among undergraduate nursing graduates,and to analyze the relationship between the two,in order to provide references for helping nursing graduates successfully transition into their roles and adapt more quickly to clinical nursing work.Methods:From March to April 2023,a survey was conducted among 238nursing students who were about to graduate from a medical college in Shandong Province.The survey tools included a general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Work Readiness Scale for Graduate Nurses,and the Perceived Social Support Scale.Results:The total score of work readiness among undergraduate nursing graduates was(263.22±55.21),and the total score of perceived social support was(62.27±12.41).A positive correlation was found between the two(r=0.490,P<0.05).After controlling for general information,perceived social support explained 18.2% of the variance in work readiness(P<0.001).Conclusion:The work readiness and perceived social support levels of undergraduate nursing graduates were both above average.Perceived social support positively predicted job preparedness.Educators and administrators should strengthen collaboration,develop targeted measures based on influencing factors,and provide adequate support to undergraduate nursing graduates to improve their work readiness.
