单双侧复合训练对武术专项大学生腿部爆发力影响研究

摘  要:大部分的武术套路的技术动作与速度、力量有关,有研究表明综合练习可以提高人的双腿力量。在武术专业学生的身体素质培养过程中,合理地应用复合训练法,可以使其迅速地做出各类高难度的套路组合技术动作。方法:在吉首大学选择50名志愿参与的高校武术专业学生,将其分成两组25人,每组各25人。一组单侧复合式训练,另一组双侧复合式训练,接受一周两次的13个星期的培训。研究发现:两组练习的身体素质,运动能力,武术动作技术等均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。适度的组合练习对武术运动员的腿部力量提升不大,而采用大运动量的组合练习,有利于武术运动员的腿部力量发展。The technical movements of most Wushus routines are related to speed and strength,and research has shown that comprehensive practice can improve a person's leg strength.In the process of cultivating the physical fitness of Wushus majors,the reasonable application of composite training methods can enable them to quickly make various difficult combination techniques and movements.Method:50 volunteer Wushus majors from Jishou University were selected and divided into two groups of 25 students,with 25 students in each group.One group received unilateral compound training,and the other group received bilateral compound training twice a week for 13 weeks.The study found that there was a significant statistical significance(P<0.05)in the physical fitness,athletic ability,Wushus movement techniques,and other aspects between the two groups of exercises.Moderate combination exercises do not significantly improve the leg strength of Wushus athletes,while using high-intensity combination exercises is beneficial for the development of leg strength in Wushus athletes.
