基于扎根理论的驾驶人停车让行意愿影响因素研究

摘　　要：为提高城市道路的交通管理和交通安全水平,减少机动车驾驶人和过街行人之间的交通冲突数和事故数,有必要对驾驶人停车让行意愿的影响因素开展研究。通过问卷调查,收集驾驶人对停车让行的态度和行为特征;使用扎根理论分析原始资料,建立理论模型解释驾驶人停车让行意愿的影响因素。首先,在开放式编码的过程中,提炼和归纳了15个范畴。其次,在主轴编码的过程中,挖掘出4个主范畴,分别是行人因素、驾驶人因素、环境因素和政策与教育因素。最后,在选择性编码中,确认核心范畴为“驾驶人停车让行意愿影响因素”。最终构建了一个驾驶人停车让行意愿影响因素的理论模型,探讨了如何提高驾驶人的停车让行意愿。In order to improve traffic management and traffic safety on urban roads,and to reduce the number of traffic conflicts and accidents between motor vehicle drivers and crossing pedestrians,it is necessary to conduct a study on the factors influencing drivers'willingness to stop and yield.A questionnaire was conducted to collect drivers'attitudes and behavioral characteristics toward stopping and yielding.The grounded theory was used to analyze the primary data,a theoretical model was developed to explain the influencing factors of drivers'willingness to stop and yield.First,in the process of open coding,15 categories were refined and summarized.Second,in the process of axial coding,4 main categories were refined,namely,pedestrian characteristics,pedestrian factors,driver factors,environment factors,policy and education factors.Finally,in the selective coding process,the core category was identified as"factors influencing drivers'willingness to stop and yield".A theoretical model of the influencing factors of drivers'willingness to stop and yield was finally constructed to explore how to improve drivers'willingness to stop and yield.
