摘 要:在法学专业课程教学中融入课程思政既是新文科背景下落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,也是培养信念坚定、德法兼修、明法笃行的高素质法治人才的内在要求。作为法学专业的基础课和必修课,宪法学课程思政的融入应围绕法学专业的育人目标,以宪法文本为基础坚定学生宪法自信,以宪法理论为原点拓展宪法学课程的广度、深度和温度,以宪法实践为依托培养学生的宪法思维。新文科背景下以数字技术赋能宪法学课程思政建设,可通过创新数字化课堂教学模式、运用信息技术优化教学方法、健全数字化课程思政评价体系等方式,增强宪法学课程的时代感和吸引力,确保宪法学教学坚持正确的政治方向、价值取向和学术导向。The integration of ideological and political education into law courses represents not only a significant measure to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the context of the new liberal arts,but also an inherent requirement for cultivating high-quality legal talents who possess firm beliefs,cultivate both morality and law,and adhere strictly to legal principles.As a foundational and mandatory course in the field of law,the integration of ideological and political education into constitutional law should revolve around the educational objectives of legal education.We should reinforce students'confidence in the Constitution based on constitutional texts,broaden and deepen the scope and content of the constitutional law course while maintaining its warmth,using constitutional theory as the foundation,and cultivate students'constitutional thinking based on constitutional practice.In the context of the new liberal arts,empowering the ideological and political construction of the constitutional law course with digital technology involves innovating digital classroom teaching models,utilizing information technology to optimize teaching methods,and improving digital ideological and political evaluation systems.These efforts aim to enhance the contemporary relevance and appeal of the constitutional law course,ensuring that constitutional law teaching adheres to the correct political direction,value orientation,and academic guidance.
