摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观融入刑事司法裁判具备充分的理论支撑和现实土壤,已成为不可阻挡的现实潮流,成为引领社会公正的重要因素。社会主义核心价值观在刑事司法裁判中不断得以昭示和弘扬,但是在当前司法操作过程中也暴露出征引主体分布悬殊、部分裁判文书说理不足等问题。为进一步加快融入进程、提升融入效果,应当贯彻全局性和前瞻性的裁判理念,秉持法理事理情理三理统一的司法观念,坚持刑事司法裁判谦抑性原则,确保社会主义核心价值观在刑事司法裁判中行稳致远。The integration of socialist core values into criminal judicial decisions possesses sufficient theoretical support and realistic foundations,and has become an irresistible trend and a significant factor in guiding social justice.These values are continuously demonstrated and promoted in criminal judicial decisions,yet issues such as a wide disparity in the distribution of citing entities and inadequate reasoning in some judicial documents have emerged in the current judicial operation process.To further accelerate the integration process and enhance its effectiveness,it is necessary to implement a comprehensive and forward-looking judicial philosophy,uphold a judicial concept that unifies legal,factual,and emotional rationality,and adhere to the principle of restraint in criminal judicial decisions.These measures will ensure that socialist core values are stably and effectively incorporated into criminal judicial decisions,thereby contributing to their long-term development.
