摘　　要：高校新校区建设决策阶段投资控制在项目建设过程中有着核心的作用,对工程项目的整体投资效益至关重要。在这个阶段,通过合理的决策和周密的规划,可以有效控制项目的总投资,避免浪费,确保项目的经济合理性和技术可行性。The investment control in the decision-making stage of new campus construction in universities plays a core role in the project construction process and is crucial to the overall investment efficiency of the engineering project.At this stage,through rational decision-making and careful planning,the total investment of the project can be effectively controlled,waste can be avoided,and the economic rationality and technical feasibility of the project can be ensured.
