摘 要:高校基础设施建设是保障教学科研、提升办学条件的重要举措。随着高校建设规模的不断扩大,如何加强工程造价控制,提高建设资金使用效益,已成为高校基建相关人员的重要任务。本文从建设规模与标准、设计方案优化、招标采购与合同管理、工程监理与验收等方面,分析影响高校工程造价的关键因素,并从完善财务管理制度、加强全过程造价管控、建设信息化管理平台、提升管理队伍专业能力等角度,提出优化工程造价控制的财务管理策略,以期为高校加强工程造价管理、提升教育资源配置效益提供有益启示。The construction of university infrastructure is an important measure to ensure teaching and research,and improve the conditions for running schools.With the continuous expansion of university construction scale,how to strengthen engineering cost control and improve the efficiency of construction fund utilization has become an important task for university infrastructure personnel.This article analyzes the key factors affecting the engineering cost of universities from the aspects of construction scale and standards,design scheme optimization,bidding procurement and contract management,engineering supervision and acceptance.From the perspectives of improving financial management systems,strengthening full process cost control,building information management platforms,and enhancing the professional capabilities of management teams,financial management strategies for optimizing engineering cost control are proposed,in order to provide useful inspiration for universities to strengthen engineering cost management and improve the efficiency of educational resource allocation.
