基于巡检机器人的变电站安全运维系统设计研究

摘  要:随着电力系统不断发展,变电站的安全运维成为保障电力供应稳定的关键环节。传统的变电站巡检方式依赖人工,存在效率低、成本高、安全隐患多等问题。针对这些问题,设计并实现了一种基于巡检机器人的变电站安全运维系统,该系统通过集成高精度传感器、自主导航和路径规划算法、数据融合与目标识别技术,实现了对变电站设备的全面、实时监测和故障诊断。实验结果表明,该系统不仅显著提高了巡检效率,还大幅降低了运维成本,为变电站的安全稳定运行提供了有力支持。With the continuous development of power system,the safe operation and maintenance of substation has become a key link to ensure the stability of power supply.The traditional way of substation inspection depends on manpower,which has some problems such as low efficiency,high cost and many potential safety hazards.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs and implements a substation safety operation and maintenance system based on inspection robot.The system realizes comprehensive and real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of substation equipment by integrating high-precision sensors,autonomous navigation and path planning algorithms,data fusion and target recognition technologies.The experimental results show that the system not only significantly improves the inspection efficiency,but also greatly reduces the operation and maintenance costs,which provides strong support for the safe and stable operation of the substation.
