摘 要:为了提升矿井提升机制动性能,以JKMD3.25-4(Ⅱ)型提升机为例对矿井提升机制动特性进行分析。介绍了JKMD3.25-4(Ⅱ)型提升机的基本情况,并构建出提升机三维模型,然后以此为基础,分别从提升载荷、制动减速度等角度出发,模拟分析了矿井提升机制动特性的变化趋势,以确定不同因素对提升机制动特性的影响。最后,通过实践应用分析的方式,对模拟分析结果进行验证。通过验证可以发现模拟分析结果较为准确,可作为矿井提升机制动系统控制的主要依据之一。In order to improve the braking performance of mine hoist,the braking characteristics of mine hoist are analyzed with JKMD3.25-4(Ⅱ)type hoist as an example.Firstly,the basic situation of JKMD3.25-4(Ⅱ)type hoist is introduced,and a three-dimensional model of the hoist is constructed,and then,based on this,the trend of the braking characteristics of the mine hoist is simulated and analyzed from the angles of lifting load,braking deceleration,and so on,in order to determine the influence of different factors on the braking characteristics of the hoist.Finally,the simulation results are verified through practical application analysis.Through the verification,it can be found that the simulation results are more accurate and can be used as one of the main bases for the control of the braking system of the mine hoist.
