摘  要:以尺寸为70 mm×200 mm的棒料为毛坯物料对数控车床自动上料供料装置进行设计。该装置的主体结构由料仓、隔料器、送料器三大部分组成,通过料仓放出物料后,由料槽进行导向,将物料引导至所需工位后,由隔料气缸带动隔料顶块对物料进行所需加工量的控制和其余物料的隔离,隔料气缸继续上升至所需工位后物料落入到送料料槽中后,到达V型定位块。该装置提高了数控车床加工效率,确保了操作人员的安全,提高了企业生产效率。The design of automatic loading and feeding device for CNC lathe is based on the bar material with the size of 70 mm×200 mm as blank material.The main structure of the device consists of silo,spacer,feeder three major components,through the silo after the release of materials,guided by the chute,the material will be guided to the required station,by the spacer cylinder drives the spacer top block of the material for the required amount of control and isolation of the rest of the material,spacer cylinder to continue to rise to the required station after the material falls into the feeding chute to reach the V-shaped positioning block.This device improves the processing efficiency of CNC lathe,ensures the safety of the operator and improves the production efficiency of the enterprise.
