摘　　要：培养应用型卓越农林人才是地方高校深入贯彻乡村振兴战略的重大实践。在探讨应用型卓越农林人才培养传统模式及问题的基础上,提出了应用型卓越农林人才培养新模式构建措施,即创设校企双主体协同育人的“四融”理念,创建校企办学资源深度共建共享的“五合”路径,建立全方位、全过程“六联动”实践育人方法,以期为应用型卓越农林人才培养提供参考。Cultivating applied excellent agricultural and forestry talents is a major practice for local universities to deeply implement the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of exploring the traditional model of applied excellent agricultural and forestry talents and its problems,this paper proposed measures to construct a new model for cultivating applied excellent agricultural and forestry talents,namely establishing the"four integrations"concept of collaborative education between schools and enterprises,creating the"five integrations"path of deep joint construction and sharing of educational resources between schools and enterprises,and establishing the comprehensive and full-process practical education method of"six linkages",in order to provide references for the cultivation of applied excellent agricultural and forestry talents.
