机器人应用于民爆物品智能仓储与巡检中的安全监管措施研究

摘　　要：鄂尔多斯市是全国民爆物品使用量最大的地级市,全市共有民爆物品储存库区86处,单体库房150座,炸药总库容超过6000t,雷管总库容超过790万发。机器人智能仓储与智能巡检系统应用于民爆物品的仓储作业,对管理者提出了更高的要求。基于此,本文分析了民爆物品智能仓储系统与民爆物品智能巡检系统,揭示了机器人在民爆物品仓储和巡检中存在的安全隐患,提出了民爆物品智能仓储的安全监管措施。这对保障民爆物品仓储安全以及爆破工程安全生产具有重要意义,可以进一步促进民爆物品管理向智能化、精细化方向发展。Ordos City is the prefecture level city with the largest usage of civilian explosives in China.There are a total of 86 storage areas for civilian explosives and 150 individual warehouses in Ordos City.The total storage capacity of explosives exceeds 6 thousand tons,and the total storage capacity of detonators exceeds 7.9 million.When the robot intelligent warehousing and intelligent inspection system is applied to the warehousing operation of civil explosive materials,it poses greater challenges to managers.Therefore,this article analyzes the intelligent storage system for civil explosives and the intelligent inspection system for civil explosives.The article reveals the safety hazards of robots in the storage and inspection of civilian explosives.Furthermore,safety supervision measures for intelligent storage of civil explosive materials were proposed.This is of great significance for ensuring the safety of storage of civil explosives and the safe production of blasting projects,while further promoting the development of more intelligent and refined management of civil explosives.
