城乡精神文明建设融合发展的三重逻辑

摘　　要：城乡精神文明建设融合发展已成为社会主义精神文明建设的重要时代课题,为实现中国式现代化协调发展提供强劲的智力支持。城乡精神文明建设融合发展理论生成于社会主义精神文明建设理论体系的发展成熟,以及新发展阶段城乡间精神文明发展不均衡的现实考察。城乡精神文明建设融合发展的哲学意蕴,包含社会存在与社会意识的关系、否定之否定的扬弃、共性与个性的关系。探讨其哲学意蕴,可以深化“两个结合”的方法论自觉,以此为引领,把握求同存异—创新发展—共同富裕的实践逻辑,实现全社会文明程度的提升。The integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction has become an important issue of the times in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,providing strong intellectual support for the coordinated development of Chinese modernization.The theory of integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction was born out of the maturity of the theoretical system of socialist spiritual civilization construction and the realistic investigation of the unbalanced development of spiritual civilization between urban and rural areas in the new development stage.The philosophical connotation of the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction includes the relationship between social existence and social consciousness,the sublation of negation of negation,and the relationship between commonality and individuality.Exploring its philosophical connotation can deepen the methodological consciousness of"two combinations",and use this as a guide to grasp the practical logic of seeking common ground while reserving differences-innovative development-common prosperity,and achieve the improvement of the civilization level of the whole society.
