摘 要:新时代视角下,新农科建设为我国高校农学类专业创新人才培养、转换培养视角、革新教育制度等明确了方向。该研究全面分析农业资源与环境专业的建设背景、亟需解决的问题、人才需求现状,梳理出当下专业发展在教学方法、师资队伍、实践创新等方面的短板,拓展专业建设新途径。研究新农科建设背景下从开展现代信息技术和资源有效利用、创设实践教学基地实行融合教学、优化教学方法实施多元教学、创新学生培养模式4个方面提出专业创新的教学改革方法,旨在进一步提升专业人才的培养质量,塑造新时代复合型人才,满足新农科建设背景下当前社会发展对农业资源与环境专业的人才需求。From the perspective of the new era,New Agricultural Science Construction has clarified the direction for cultivating innovative talents in agricultural majors in China's universities,transforming training perspectives,and innovating the education system.This study comprehensively analyzed the construction background,problems that need to be solved urgently,and the current situation of talent demand for agricultural resources and environment majors,sorted out the shortcomings of current professional development in teaching methods,faculty,practical innovation,etc.,and expanded new ways of professional construction.Based on the background of the construction of New Agricultural Sciences,the research puts forward professional innovative teaching reform methods in four aspects:carrying out effective utilization of modern information technology and resources,creating practical teaching bases to implement integrated teaching,optimizing teaching methods to implement diversified teaching,and innovating student training models.It aims to further improve the quality of training professional talents,create compound talents in the new era,and meet the current social development's talent needs for agricultural resources and environment majors in the context of New Agricultural Sciences construction.
