低剂量喹硫平联合阿立哌唑口崩片治疗军人精神分裂症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察低剂量喹硫平联合阿立哌唑口崩片治疗军人精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年12月我院收治的88例首发军人精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(44例)和研究组(44例)。对照组采用阿立哌唑口崩片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合低剂量喹硫平治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗2、4周末,研究组的阳性症状评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周末,研究组的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗显著有效率、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,研究组的凝视点数(NEF)及反应性探索评分(RSS)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.803)。结论低剂量喹硫平联合阿立哌唑口崩片治疗军人精神分裂症能提高临床疗效的同时不增加药物治疗副作用,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of low-dose quetiapine combined with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets in the treatment of military schizophrenia.Methods A total of 88 patients with first-episode military schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and study group(44 cases).The control group was treated with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets,and the observation group was treated with low-dose quetiapine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the positive symptom score and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of 6 weeks of treatment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathological scores and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The significant effective rate and total effective rate of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of eye fixation(NEF)and Responsive Search Score(RSS)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.803).Conclusion Low-dose quetiapine combined with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets in the treatment of military schizophrenia can improve the clinical efficacy without increasing the side effects of drug treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
