摘  要:目的探究注射用磷酸川芎嗪联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年2月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据入院时间不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组接受静脉溶栓+依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用注射用磷酸川芎嗪治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平高于对照组,脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论注射用磷酸川芎嗪联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗急性脑梗死可缓解氧化应激反应,调节TIMP-1、GFAP水平,提高整体疗效,且安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of ligustrazine phosphate for injection combined with edaravone and dexborneol concentrated solution for injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different admission time,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis+edaravone and dexborneol concentrated solution for injection,and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine phosphate for injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and catalase(CAT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of lipid peroxide(LPO)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine phosphate for injection combined with edaravone and dexborneol concentrated solution for injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can alleviate oxidative stress response,regulate TIMP-1 and GFAP levels,improve the overall efficacy,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
