IMB模型指导下的护理干预在老年炎症性肠病患者中的应用效果及对营养功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型指导下的护理干预在老年炎症性肠病患者中的应用效果及对营养功能指标的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月本院收治的100例老年炎症性肠病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行IMB模型指导下的护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分均升高,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IMB模型指导下的护理干预可提高老年炎症性肠病患者的依从性与自护能力,改善心理弹性、负性情绪及营养状况,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model in elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease and its influences on nutritional function indexes.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention under the guidance of IMB model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the two groups increased,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention under the guidance of IMB model can improve the compliance and self-care ability of elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and ameliorate psychological resilience,negative emotion and nutritional status,which is worthy of promotion.
