摘 要:为了降低微波光子链路的三阶互调失真(IMD3),本文提出了一种基于双驱动双平行马赫曾德尔调制器(DD-DPMZM)的微波光子链路线性化方案,理论上可以完全消除IMD3。该方案通过两个π/2电相移器,一个π光相移器,一个光偏振器并优化DD-DPMZM的偏置来抑制链路中三级互调失真。DD-DPMZM其中一个子调制器工作在最小传输点,另一个子调制器工作在正交传输点。仿真结果显示,在频率为10GHz与11GHz的双音信号测试下,链路的IMD3被抑制在底噪之下,其结果与理论推导结果较为吻合。In order to reduce the third-order intermodulation distortion(IMD3)of microwave photonic links,this paper proposes a microwave photonic chain linearization scheme based on dualdriver double-parallel Mach Zehnder modulator(DD-DPMZM),which can theoretically completely eliminate IMD3.In this scheme,the three-level intermodulation distortion in the link is suppressed by twoπ/2 electrical phase shifters,oneπoptical phase shifter,and one optical polarizer and the bias of DD-DPMZM is optimized.DD-DPMZM has one submodulator operating at the minimum transmission point and the other submodulator operating at the quadrature transmission point.The simulation results show that the IMD3 of the link is suppressed under the noise floor under the twotone signal test with frequencies of 10 GHz and 11 GHz,and the results are in good agreement with the theoretical derivation results.
