摘 要:随着平台经济的发展,网络文学的产业化越发成熟,网络写作成为一种新的职业类型,曾经的文艺青年也成为新时代的“数字劳工”。与传统的工业劳动不同,网络写手与平台关系松散,大多数网络写手工作不稳定且收入有限,那么为什么平台仍然能够实现对网络写手的劳动控制呢?研究发现,基于网络写作与传统劳动的不同,平台通过理想构建和绩效考核的双重激励策略推动劳动关系的生成与维系,并倒逼写手主动完成由劳动力到劳动的有效转化,由此达到了劳动控制的目的。而此种劳动控制的运作逻辑在于网络写手面临劳动力流动与劳动力转化的双重不确定性,网络写手“自觉”努力写稿正是为了应对劳动力双重不确定性的影响。With the development of the platform economy,the industrialization of online literature has become increasingly mature,and online writing has become a new type of profession.Former literary and artistic youth have also become digital laborers in the new era.Unlike traditional industrial labor,the relationship between online writers and platforms is loose,and most online writers have unstable jobs and limited income.Why can platforms still achieve labor control over online writers?Research has found that based on the difference between online writing and traditional labor,platforms use a dual incentive strategy of ideal construction and performance evaluation to promote the generation and maintenance of labor relations,and force writers to actively complete the effective transformation of labor force,thereby achieving the goal of labor control.The operational logic of this labor control lies in the dualuncertainty faced by online writers in terms of labor mobility and labor transformation.Online writers’conscious efforts are precisely coped with the impact of the dualuncertainty of labor force.
