摘　　要：肾细胞癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。基础研究的进展与突破为肾细胞癌的治疗与预后提供更多的可能。近年来, 随着机器人手术的普及应用, 肾细胞癌的手术治疗迈上一级新台阶, 向着更加微创和精准的方向发展, 包括指导肾细胞癌合并下腔静脉癌栓的"301分级系统", 为患者带来更多的获益。平衡肿瘤控制与功能保留是肾细胞癌治疗的发展方向与趋势, 肾窦内肿瘤的评分系统(ROADS评分)能够更加精确与安全地指导保留肾单位手术。本文就近年来肾细胞癌的基础研究与手术治疗进展进行总结, 以供临床实践借鉴。Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system.The progress and breakthroughs in basic research provide more possibilities for the treatment and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.In recent years,with the widespread application of robotic surgery,the surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma has taken a new step,moving towards more minimally invasive and precise direction,and the"301 grading system"for renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava metastasis was born,bringing more benefits to patients.Balancing tumor control and functional preservation is the direction and trend of renal cell carcinoma treatment,and the ROADS scoring system for intrarenal tumors can guide nephron-sparing surgery more accurately and safely.This article summarizes the recent progress in basic research and surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma for clinical practice reference.
