摘　　要：乳腺癌的发生发展与多种因素相关, 例如激素水平, 家族史, 生活环境与生活方式, 饮食与营养等。肥胖可通过多种途径影响乳腺癌的发生发展, 过度的体重和脂肪堆积会导致身体内激素水平失衡, 刺激慢性炎症的发生等。现对肥胖影响乳腺癌的发生发展进行阐述。The occurrence and development of breast cancer is related to a variety of factors,such as hormone levels,family history,living environment and lifestyle,diet and nutrition,etc.Obesity can affect the occurrence and development of breast cancer through a variety of pathways,excessive weight and fat accumulation can lead to an imbalance of hormone levels in the body,stimulate the occurrence of chronic inflammation.The impact of obesity on the occurrence and development of breast cancer is described.
