摘　　要：重症是各种疾病和损伤发展至死亡前的共同阶段,患者病情信息量大而致病机制复杂多样,救治过程涉及内容广且对医生专业性、多学科团队协作要求高,救治时效需求亦更强,但这同我国目前重症专业医务人员及医疗现况不匹配。而作为能够通过电子信息等方式,缩短各地区医护人员距离及疾病诊疗差距的远程医疗,能有效解决当前现状。因此急需制定标准化、高质量的可视化远程查房体系,为此,组织专家检索国内外关于重症患者远程查房的文献及结合临床经验后形成本共识,以进一步提升各地区重症救治水平。Turning to critical illness is a common stage of various diseases and injuries before death.Patients usually have complex health conditions,while the treatment process involves a wide range of content,along with high requirements for doctor′s professionalism and multi-specialty teamwork,as well as a great demand for time-sensitive treatments.However,this is not matched with critical care professionals and the current state of medical care in China.Telemedicine,which shortens the distance of medical professionals and the gap of disease diagnosis and treatments in various regions through electronic information,can effectively solve the current problem.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a standardized,high-quality visualization telemedicine round system.Therefore,experts have been organized to search domestic and foreign literature on telemedicine round for critically ill patients and to form this consensus based on clinical experiences so as to further improve the level of critical care treatments in regions.
