摘　　要：随着教育改革的深化,高校教育管理与学生参与度之间的紧密联系日益凸显,成为教育领域的重要议题。高效的教育管理策略能够极大地激发学生的学习热情,提高他们的参与度,为教育质量的稳步提升和学生综合素质的全面发展奠定坚实基础。本文主要探讨了高校教育管理与学生参与度之间的内在联系,并据此提出一系列具有可操作性的管理策略,包括提高大学生在学生参与教育管理方面的认识,学校构建学生参与高校教育管理制度体系,发挥学生干部的引领作用,提高学生干部的政治素养等。With the deepening of education reform,the close relationship between higher education management and students'participation has become increasingly prominent and an important issue in the field of education.Efficient educational management strategies can greatly stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,increase their participation,and lay a solid foundation for the steady improvement of educational quality and the comprehensive development of students'overall quality.This article mainly explores the intrinsic relationship between efficient education management and student participation,and proposes a series of actionable management strategies based on this,including improving college students'understanding of student participation in education management,establishing a system for student participation in higher education management,giving full play to the leading role of student cadres,and enhancing the political literacy of student cadres.
