摘　　要：体育人文学作为探讨体育价值与意义的元研究和基础反思性学科,其研究方法往往以隐而不显、草蛇灰线的方式呈现,遵循“命题—史实—命题”的方法论路径。文章从历史与逻辑统一的视角出发,系统探讨了体育人文学的主要方法论。研究表明,体育人文学的研究对象是作为意义存在的体育,其本质是对体育文化、体育史、体育哲学、体育伦理、体育美学等文本的阐释活动。文章重点阐述了四种研究方法论:一是效果历史的诠释学方法,强调通过具身、能力和传统三个向度来理解体育意义;二是结构主义的共时史方法,注重揭示体育文化现象背后的深层结构;三是权力的谱系史方法,关注体育中微观权力关系的演变;四是叙事学的历史模式,着重分析体育叙事中的修辞策略和意义建构。研究认为,体育人文学的方法论研究应当避免简单化和程序化,要在历史与逻辑的双重维度中,通过多元的方法论路径来深入理解和阐释体育的价值内涵。As a meta-research and foundational reflective discipline,sports humanities examines the value and significance of sports through nuanced methodological approaches,following a trajectory of“proposition-historical facts-proposition”.This paper systematically investigates the primary methodological frameworks of sports humanities from the perspective of unity of history and logic.The study identifies sport as a meaning-bearing phenomenon and focuses on interpretative activities involving texts on sports culture,history,philosophy,ethics,and aesthetics.Sports humanities employs four methodological approaches:(1)the hermeneutical method of effective history,which explores sports meaning through embodiment,capability,and tradition;(2)the synchronic historical method of structuralism,which uncovers the deep structures of sports cultural phenomena;(3)the genealogical method of power analysis,which examines the evolution of micro-power relations in sports;(4)the narrative historical model,which analyzes rhetorical strategies and meaning construction in sports narratives.This study argues that methodological research in sports humanities should move beyond simplification and proceduralization,instead striving for a deeper understanding of sports'intrinsic value through diverse methodological pathways within the dual dimensions of history and logic.
