摘　　要：目的了解中青年乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿(BCRL)患者性功能现状,并分析其影响因素。方法本研究为横断面研究。采用便利抽样法,于2023年3—11月选取天津医科大学肿瘤医院乳腺淋巴水肿咨询门诊的290例中青年BCRL患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、身体意象量表(BIS)和女性性功能指数量表(FSFI)对患者进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析中青年BCRL患者性功能的影响因素。结果共发放问卷290份,回收有效问卷240份,问卷有效回收率为82.76%(240/290)。240例BCRL患者FSFI得分为(13.20±9.09)分,BIS得分为(12.26±6.61)分。多重线性回归分结果显示,年龄、患肢水肿程度、水肿时长和身体意象是中青年BCRL患者性功能的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论中青年BCRL患者性功能处于较低水平,年龄、水肿程度和时长以及身体意象与性功能密切相关。ObjectiveTo understand the sexual function status of middle-aged and young women with breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL)and analyze its influencing factors.MethodsThis is a cross-sectional study.A convenience sampling method was used to select 290 middle-aged and young BCRL patients from the Breast Lymphedema Consultation Clinic at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute&Hospital between March and November 2023.The study used a general information questionnaire,Body Image Scale(BIS),and Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)to collect data.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the influencing factors of sexual function in middle-aged and young BCRL patients.ResultsA total of 290 questionnaires were distributed,and 240 valid questionnaires were returned,yielding an effective response rate of 82.76%(240/290).The FSFI score for 240 BCRL patients was(13.20±9.09),and the BIS score was(12.26±6.61).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,edema severity,duration of edema,and body image were significant influencing factors for sexual function in middle-aged and young BCRL patients(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe sexual function of middle-aged and young BCRL patients is at a low level.Age,severity and duration of edema,and body image are closely related to sexual function.
