激光联合脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察激光联合脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症(DH)的疗效。方法 86例DH患者(150颗牙)随机分为激光组(28例)、脱敏剂组(24例)及联合组(34例),每组50颗牙。激光组给予半导体激光治疗,脱敏剂组给予Gluma脱敏剂治疗,联合组给予半导体激光联合Gluma脱敏剂治疗。比较三组患者治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月及6个月刺激敏感度、疼痛程度和总有效率,比较三组患者治疗后6个月疗效自觉满意度。结果 治疗后1、3、6个月,联合组患者患牙刺激敏感度和VAS疼痛评分低于激光组和脱敏剂组(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6个月,联合组总有效率均高于激光组和脱敏剂组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,联合组患者疗效自觉满意度高于激光组和脱敏剂组(P<0.05)。结论 采用激光联合脱敏剂治疗DH可提升远期疗效,降低刺激敏感度及疼痛,且患者治疗满意度较高。Objective To observe the efficacy of laser combined with desensitizer in the treatment of the patients with dentin hypersensitivity(DH).Methods A total of 86 DH patients(150 teeth)were divided into three groups with 50 teeth each.Group A was treated with semiconductor laser,group B was treated with Gluma desensitizer,and group C was treated with semiconductor laser combined with Gluma desensitizer.The stimulation sensitivity,pain degree,and total effectiveness rate were compared among the three groups at the points of immediately,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The efficacy-conscious satisfaction was compared among the three groups at 6 months after treatment.Results The stimulation sensitivity and VAS pain score were lower in group C than those in groups of A and B at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate was higher in group C than that in groups of A and B at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The efficacy-conscious satisfaction was higher in group C than that in groups of A and B at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The laser combined with desensitizer in the treatment of DH patients can improve the long-term efficacy,reduce stimulation sensitivity and pain with a higher efficacy-conscious satisfaction.
