摘  要:畜产品绿色供应链是实现畜牧业绿色可持续发展和牧区现代化发展的重要载体,畜产品绿色供应链风险管控是确保畜产品绿色供应链高效运营的重要基础。基于畜产品绿色供应链理论,结合实地调研结果及羊肉绿色供应链风险特点,构建了包含5个一级评价指标和16个二级评价指标的羊肉绿色供应链风险评价指标体系。其中,5个一级评价指标为绿色养殖外部环境风险、绿色养殖技术风险、绿色屠宰加工风险、绿色运输风险、绿色销售风险。在此基础上,测算各评价指标的权重并综合衡量各指标的风险程度。研究得出:绿色养殖技术风险权重最大且风险等级为高、绿色养殖外部环境风险权重次之且风险等级为较高、绿色屠宰加工风险权重位列第三且风险等级为较高、绿色运输风险等级为一般、绿色销售风险等级为较低。基于以上结论,围绕五个方面针对性提出了羊肉绿色供应链风险管控策略,从而更好地实现羊肉绿色供应链高质量和可持续发展。The green supply chain of livestock products is an important carrier for achieving green and sustainable development of animal husbandry and modernization of pastoral areas.Risk control of the green supply chain of livestock products is an important foundation for ensuring the efficient operation of the green supply chain of livestock products.Based on the theory of green supply chain for livestock products,combined with field research and the risk characteristics of green supply chain for lamb,this article constructs a risk evaluation index system for lamb green supply chain,which includes 5 primary evaluation indicators and 16 secondary evaluation indicators.The 5 primary evaluation indicators include external environmental risk for green breeding,green breeding technology risk,green slaughter and processing risk,green transportation risk,and green sales risk.On this basis,this article calculates the weights of each evaluation indicator and comprehensively measure the risk level of each indicator.The research conclusions are as follows:the risk weight of green aquaculture technology is the highest and the risk level is high,followed by the external environmental risk weight of green aquaculture and the risk level is high,the risk weight of green slaughtering and processing ranks third and the risk level is high,the risk level of green transportation is average,and the risk level of green sales is low.Based on the above research conclusions,targeted risk management strategies for the green supply chain of lamb have been proposed in five aspects,in order to better achieve high-quality and sustainable development of the lamb green supply chain.
