摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)作为一种不可逆的神经退行性疾病,是导致老年人痴呆的主要原因。人参皂苷是人参中最重要的药理活性成分,在神经系统疾病的防治中具有显著的积极作用,但其中涉及的一系列作用机制在很大程度上仍然未知。本文基于AD的发病机制,对目前人参皂苷在AD治疗中表现出的降低β淀粉样蛋白(Amyloid-beta protein,Aβ)水平、抑制Tau蛋白磷酸化、抑制神经炎症过程、改善线粒体功能等作用进行综述。Alzheimer's disease(AD),as an irreversible neurodegenerative disease,is the main cause of dementia in the elderly.Ginsenoside,the most important pharmacologically active ingredient in ginseng,has significant positive effects in the prevention and treatment of neurological diseases.However,a series of mechanisms involved are still unknown to a large extent.Based on the pathogenesis of AD,this paper reviews the effects of ginsenosides on reducing Aβlevel,inhibiting Tau protein phosphorylation,suppressing neuroinflammatory process,and improving mitochondrial function in AD treatment.
