摘 要:煤矿带式输送机在运行过程中常由多种因素导致跑偏,严重影响生产安全。提出了一种基于机器视觉的煤矿带式输送机跑偏监测系统,可同步实现跑偏位移及跑偏角度的监测。该系统利用工业相机实时拍摄带式输送机的图像,随后对图像进行灰度化及高斯滤波等预处理,进一步经过矩形感兴趣区域(ROI)选取、Laplacian算子边缘检测和霍夫直线变换等关键步骤实现输送带的轮廓提取,最终经过轮廓对比计算跑偏量。试验结果表明,该系统跑偏位移和角度的测量误差分别为3%和2%,满足煤矿现场的实际需求。该系统具有实时性、准确性和非接触性等优点,可为煤矿的安全生产提供技术支撑。Belt conveyors in coal mine often deviate during operation due to various factors,and significantly impact production safety.Proposed a monitoring system for deviation of belt conveyor in coal mine based on machine vision,which can realize simultaneously monitoring both deviation displacement and angle.This system employs an industrial camera to capture real-time images of the conveyor belt,followed by preprocess such as grayscale conversion and Gaussian filtering.Key steps like rectangular region of interest(ROI)selection,Laplacian operator edge detection,and Hough line transformation are then utilized to extract the belt’s contour.The deviation is calculated by comparing the contours.Experimental results show that this system measurement error for deviation displacement and angle is 3%and 2%respectively,and meets the practical requirements of coal mine field.This system offers advantages in real-time monitoring,accuracy and non-contact operation,which provides technical support for the safety of coal mine production.
