摘　　要：博罗韩氏是岭南著名的科举世家。韩氏科第连绵,人才辈出,良好的家风家训是其重要因素。韩氏家风家训主要包括以下几方面的内容:一是秉礼尚义,礼以治家,行义积德;二是世敦孝友,孝为立身之本,力申兄弟式好之道;三是耕读传家,俊秀者读书,拙朴者力田;四是治家以严,重祭祀之典,严学行之督,谨闺闱之教,申族规之禁;五是敬爱乡梓,不以富贵傲视乡里,不倚仗权势鱼肉乡里,兴利除弊,造福乡梓。由于韩氏家风家训产生于农耕时代,有些内容诸如权威主义、重男轻女、愚忠愚孝等,与现代文明相悖。因此,可在对韩氏家风家训进行创造性转化的基础上,充分发挥其对社会主义精神文明建设的积极作用。The Han family of Boluo is a famous imperial examination family in Lingnan.Region.Han's family made great achievement in imperial examination and trained a lot of talents,good family style and training is an important factor.Han family style and training mainly includes the following aspects of the content:Firstly,upholding propriety and righteousness,using rituals to manage the house‐hold,and practicing virtue through righteous conduct.Secondly,valuing filial piety and friendship,with filial piety as the foundation of personal integrity,and promoting the bonds of brotherhood.Thirdly,passing on the tradition of farming and education,encouraging the scholarly pursuits of the talented and the agricultural efforts of the less academically inclined.Fourthly,managing the household with strictness,emphasizing the rites of sacrifice,supervising diligent learning and conduct,carefully educating family members,and en‐forcing clan rules.Fifthly,respecting and loving one's hometown,not looking down on it due to wealth or status,not exploiting its re‐sources for personal gain,but rather seeking its prosperity and welfare.Since the Han family's ethical teachings originated in an agrarian era,some aspects such as authoritarianism,favoring sons over daughters,and blind loyalty and filial piety conflict with modern values.Therefore,through creative transformation of the Han family's ethical teachings,their positive impact on the construction of socialist spiritual civilization can be fully realized.
