摘　　要：博罗张氏在明清时期是博罗的地方望族。博罗张氏的成功,与其一以贯之地进行家风家训建设密不可分。张氏家风家训建设,主要包括家学教化、为民实干、心系桑梓、和睦乡邻、孝悌为本等方面。张氏家族的女性,在家庭教育中扮演了不可或缺的角色,她们的母爱和智慧为家族的兴盛奠定了坚实的基础。虽然博罗张氏的家风家训产生于传统农耕时代,但其对于现代社会仍有其恒久的启示价值。The Zhang clan of Boluo was a prominent local family during the Ming and Qing dynasties.The success of the Zhang clan in Boluo is closely linked to their consistent emphasis on the construction of family traditions and teachings.The family traditions and teachings of the Zhang clan encompassed various aspects,including family education,practical work for the people,dedication to one's hometown,harmony with neighbors,and filial piety as the foundation.The women of the Zhang family played an indispensable role in family education,and their maternal love and wisdom laid a solid foundation for the clan's prosperity.Although the family traditions and teachings of the Boluo Zhang clan originated in the traditional agricultural era,they still hold timeless inspirational values for modern society.
