摘 要:我国已步入中度老龄化社会,为应对这一趋势变化,我国从2025年正式实施延迟退休政策。然而,延迟退休政策的实施引发了劳动力市场的震荡,加剧了市场劳动力紧缩效应和社会养老负担。本文探讨延迟退休政策在老龄化背景下对劳动力市场的双重影响和面临的挑战,以及如何协调老年劳动者和青年劳动者之间的关系,促进代际和谐与公平。基于上述分析,从完善社会保障体系、加快人力资源数字化转型、完善老年劳动者就业相关配套设施等几个方面提出应对措施,促进劳动力市场健康有序发展。China has entered a moderately aging society,and in response to this trend change,China has officially implemented a delayed retirement policy from 2025.However,the implementation of the delayed retirement policy has triggered labor market shocks,exacerbating the labor contraction effect in the market and the burden of social pensions.This paper explores the dual impacts of the delayed retirement policy on the labor market and the challenges it faces in the context of aging,and how to coordinate the relationship between older and younger workers to promote intergenerational harmony and equity.Based on the above analysis,it proposes countermeasures to promote the healthy and orderly development of the labor market by improving the social security system,accelerating the digital transformation of human resources,and improving the supporting facilities related to the employment of older workers.
