摘　　要：探讨日间手术管理模式在完全腹腔镜末端回肠造口还纳术手术中应用的安全性。回顾性分析2023年5月1日至2024年3月31日中国医科大学附属第一医院实施完全腹腔镜末端回肠造口还纳手术患者的临床资料。共纳入34例患者,男22例,女12例,年龄(60.6±12.4)岁。按围手术期管理模式分为日间手术组(n=13)和传统手术组(n=21)。两组手术时间、术中出血量及术后首次排气时间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。日间手术组无并发症,传统手术组发生并发症2例(切口感染1例,肠梗阻1例),两组并发症发生率[0比9.5%(2/21),P=0.211]差异无统计学意义。日间手术模式下实施完全腹腔镜末端回肠造口还纳术是安全的。To explore the safety of application of ambulatory surgery management mode in total laparoscopic ileostomy reversal surgery.A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted on patients who had undergone total laparoscopic ileostomy reversal surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from May 1,2023,to March 31,2024.A total of 34 patients were included in the study,comprising 22 males and 12 females,with the age of(60.6±12.4)years.They were divided into ambulatory laparoscopic surgery group(n=13)and original laparoscopic surgery group(n=21)according to the perioperative management mode.No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of operative time,intraoperative blood loss and the time to first flatus after surgery(all P>0.05).The ambulatory surgery group experienced no complications,while the original surgery group encountered 2 cases of complications(1 case of incision infection and 1 case of intestinal obstruction),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups[0 vs 9.5%(2/21),P=0.211].It is safe to perform total laparoscopic ileostomy reversal surgery under ambulatory surgery mode.
