摘　　要：以“双一流”高校重点实验室为依托,重点从“思想引领、教学质量、教学实践、创新能力以及教师水平”等几个方面构建“多位一体”的人才培养模式,探索创新型人才培养改革的新路径,强化实践教学环节,提高学生的实践能力与创新能力,为“双一流”高校重点实验室创新型人才的培养探索出一条高效的改革之路。Based on the key laboratories of“Double First-Class”universities,a“multi-faceted”talent training model has been constructed focusing on“ideological guidance,teaching quality,teaching practice,innovation ability,and teacher proficiency”.This model aims to explore new pathways for reforming the training of innovative talents.By strengthening practical teaching components,the model significantly enhances students’practical and innovative abilities,providing an efficient reform path for cultivating innovative talents in the key laboratories of“Double First-Class”universities.
