摘  要:介绍了一个核磁共振法测量磁化率的物理化学实验。观察参考物质在磁性金属配合物溶液中核磁共振氢信号的位移变化,测定金属配合物的磁化率。本工作详细推导实验原理,优化操作方法步骤,进行数据和误差分析。该实验将物理化学概念与现代仪器分析技术有机结合,并优化测试条件以更好满足教学需求,适合在本科实验教学中推广。This study introduces a physical chemistry experiment designed for measuring the magnetic susceptibility of metal coordination complexes using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy.By observing the shifts in the proton resonance signals of reference substances in solutions containing magnetic metal complexes,we determine the magnetic susceptibility of these complexes.The experiment provides a comprehensive derivation of the underlying principles,optimized procedural steps,and thorough data and error analysis.This method effectively integrates physical chemistry concepts with advanced instrumental analysis techniques,and is tailored to meet the needs of educational settings,making it an excellent addition to undergraduate laboratory courses.
