摘　　要：药物设计学是一门以药物化学为基石的新兴学科,它作为一门综合性交叉学科在综合素质药学人才培养过程中有着举足轻重的作用。针对药物设计学学科跨度大、知识覆盖面广、晦涩难懂、课本案例陈旧等特点,我们以计算机辅助药物设计章节为例,提出了构建新药研发前沿案例库的教学方法,期望提高药物设计学教学的趣味性、创新性和高阶性。Drug designology,an emerging discipline rooted in medicinal chemistry,plays a pivotal role as an interdisciplinary subject in the holistic training of pharmaceutical professionals.Given the extensive scope,wideranging knowledge base,complexity,and outdated case studies in the current curriculum,this paper exemplifies the Computer-Aided Drug Design(CADD)section to introduce an innovative pedagogical approach,with the establishment of cutting-edge case database in new drug development.This approach aims to enhance the engagement,innovation and sophistication in the teaching process of drug designology.
