摘　　要：基层医疗卫生机构健康促进与健康教育工作评价工具在促进国民健康素养上发挥了积极作用,但我国当前仍处于起步阶段,缺乏相关评价工作的研究。对基层医疗卫生机构健康促进医院评价标准、健康素养型医疗机构的特征及健康素养促进性环境评价工具的研究与应用进展进行综述,并从工具的适用性、科学性和局限性进行比较分析,提出对策和建议。The evaluation tools for health promotion and health education in primary medical and health institutions have played an active role in promoting national health literacy,but China is still in infancy and lacks research on related evaluation.This paper provides an overview of the research and application progress of the evaluation standard of the evaluation standards of health promotion hospitals,the health literate health care organization 10 item questionnaire and the evaluation tool of health literacy environmental in primary medical and health institutions,as well as a comparative analysis of the tool in terms of applicability,scientific and limitations,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
