“医文融合”背景下中医药院校ESP课程教学改革实践路径探索——以医学人文英语课程为例

摘  要:“医文融合”不仅为高等医学教育提出了新要求,也为医学生人文素质教育提供了新思路。在“医文融合”背景下,阐明了中医药院校专门用途英语(english for specific purposes,ESP)课程教学改革的必要性,并对课程教学现状进行分析。以医学人文英语课程为例,从课程设计、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织模式、考核评价体系和教师教学能力等方面提出课程教学改革的具体实践路径,为培养具有英语交际技能、医学人文素养、创新思维能力和全球化视野的新时代医学专业人才提供案例探索。"Integration of medicine and literature"not only puts forward new requirements for higher medical education,but also provides new ideas for medical students'humanistic quality education.In the context of"Integration of medicine and literature",this paper clarifies the necessity of English for Specific Purposes curriculum reform in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,along with an analysis of the current teaching situation.Taking the course"English for Medical Humanities"as an example,specific practical approaches for curriculum reform are proposed in terms of course design,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching organization models,assessment and evaluation systems,and teachers'teaching abilities.It provides a case exploration for exploring the cultivation of medical professionals with English communication skills,medical humanities literacy,innovative thinking abilities,and a global perspective in the new era.
