摘  要:目的探究基于儿科早期预警评分(PEWS)的护理培训对儿科实习护士病情评估能力的影响。方法选择2022年4月—2023年7月本院儿科30名实习护士纳入对照组,另选择2023年8月—2024年5月儿科30名实习护士纳入试验组。对照组采用常规护理培训模式,实验组采用基于儿科早期预警评分的护理培训模式,比较两组实习护士病情评估能力及对培训模式的满意度。结果试验组实习护士病情评估能力考核评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组实习护士对培训模式的教学方法、教学内容、教学评价的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于儿科早期预警评分的护理培训模式能够显著提高儿科实习护士病情评估能力,提升教学质量,且护士对该培训模式满意度高,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing training based on pediatric early warning scores(PEWS)on disease assessment ability of pediatric intern nurses.Methods The paper chose 30 intern nurses with routine nursing training in pediatric department of our hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 as the control group,and another 30 intern nurses in pediatric department from August 2023 to May 2024 as the experimental group,treated with nursing training model based on pediatric early warning scores.Disease assessment ability,satisfaction degree with training model of intern nurses was compared between two groups.Results Disease assessment ability scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with teaching methods,contents,and teaching evaluation of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing training model based on pediatric early warning scoring can improve disease assessment ability of pediatric intern nurses significantly,enhance teaching quality,and increase their satisfaction degree with the training model,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
