摘　　要：软件工程已进入智能化、敏捷化和价值导向的全新时代。针对新一代软件人才培养挑战,首先分析SWE-BOK V4新版本的核心内容,探讨了软件工程的变与不变;其次遵循“知识为基,能力为重,价值为先”的教学新理念,参考SWEBOK V4设计了新的软件工程课程体系,聚焦高层次能力,全过程AI嵌入,进行价值引领的课程思政建设。Software engineering has entered a new era of intelligence,agility,and value orientation.In view of the challenges of training a new generation of software talents,this paper firstly analyzes the core content of the new version of SWEBOK Guide V4,and discusses the changes and changes of software engineering.Secondly,following the new teaching concept of"knowledge-based,ability-oriented,and value-first",a new software engineering curriculum system was designed with reference to the new version of SWEBOK,focusing on high-level capabilities,AI embedding in the whole process,and carrying out value-led course ideological and political construction.
