基于医体融合背景下体适能训练干预对脑卒中后运动障碍患者运动功能的影响

摘  要:目的探讨基于医体融合背景下体适能训练干预对脑卒中后运动障碍患者的影响。方法选取2023年8月—2024年6月广西壮族自治区江滨医院收治的90例脑卒中后运动障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组采用基于医体融合背景下体适能训练干预,两组均持续干预1个月。对比两组的平衡功能、运动功能、步态参数、步行能力、日常生活能力。结果干预后,观察组Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分均高于对照组,计时“起立-行走”测试用时、步宽均短于对照组,足偏角小于对照组,步长、步幅长度、6 min步行实验距离均长于对照组,步速快于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Holden步行功能分级量表、Barthel指数评定量表评分分别为(3.49±0.62)分、(49.68±7.34)分,均高于对照组的(2.71±0.45)分、(44.57±6.21)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中后运动障碍患者中应用基于医体融合背景下体适能训练,可有效改善患者步态,提高其平衡、运动功能及步行能力,且有助于患者日常生活能力的恢复。Objective Explore the impact of physical fitness training intervention on patients with movement disorders after stroke under the background of the integration of medicine and sports.Methods Ninety patients with movement disorders after stroke who were admitted to Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from August 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation intervention,while the observation group adopted physical fitness training intervention based on the background of the integration of medicine and sports,both groups continued the intervention for one month.The balance function,motor function,gait parameters,walking ability and activities of daily living of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of the Berg Balance Scale and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the Timed Up and Go Test time and step width in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the foot deviation angle was smaller than that in the control group,the step length,stride length and the distance of the 6-Minute Walk Test were longer than those in the control group,and the walking speed was faster than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Holden Functional Ambulation Category Scale and the Barthel Index in the observation group were(3.49±0.62)points and(49.68±7.34)points respectively,which were higher than(2.71±0.45)points and(44.57±6.21)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
