摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中后抑郁焦虑患者康复研究的动态与趋势。方法检索CNKI和WOS数据库建库至2024年9月的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.2.R7软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入1385篇文献,脑卒中后抑郁焦虑康复研究呈波浪式上升趋势。中英文研究热点包括心理干预、生活质量、负性情绪、睡眠质量、肢体功能康复有效性及临床症状评估。国内外研究侧重点不同,国内关注生活质量与功能恢复,国外关注疾病风险因素与社区康复。结论脑卒中后焦虑抑郁康复研究逐渐增多,国外起步早且影响力大,国内研究虽数量多但需提升学术地位。中国学术合作网络密度低,缺乏权威研究者,未来需加强国际合作与深化研究,以提高患者康复效果。Objective To analyze the trends and trends of rehabilitation research on post-stroke depression and anxiety patients.Methods Relevant literature from CNKI and WOS database up to September 2024 was searched and visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace 6.2.R7 software.Results A total of 1385 articles were included,and the research on rehabilitation of post-stroke depression and anxiety showed a wave-like upward trend.Research hotspots in both Chinese and English include psychological intervention,quality of life,negative emotions,sleep quality,effectiveness of limb function rehabilitation and clinical symptom evaluation.Domestic research focuses on quality of life and functional recovery,while foreign countries focus on disease risk factors and community rehabilitation.Conclusion Research on post-stroke anxiety and depression rehabilitation is gradually increasing.Foreign countries have started early and have great influence.Although there are a large number of domestic studies,their academic status needs to be improved.China has a low density of academic cooperation networks and lacks authoritative researchers.In the future,international cooperation and deepening research need to be strengthened to improve patient rehabilitation results.
