Vitapex糊剂根管填充治疗对乳牙牙髓炎患儿根管治疗成功率及牙周指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨Vitapex糊剂根管填充治疗对乳牙牙髓炎患儿的影响。方法选择2021年6月—2024年5月金乡县人民医院收治的100例乳牙牙髓炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均接受根管填充治疗,对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂作为根管填充材料,观察组采用Vitapex糊剂作为根管填充材料。比较两组的治疗成功率、疼痛程度、牙周指标、龈沟液中炎症因子水平、牙龈肿痛指数及咀嚼效率、家属满意度。结果观察组治疗总成功率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3 d、7 d后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组牙周袋深度浅于对照组,龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙龈肿痛指数低于对照组,咀嚼效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳牙牙髓炎患儿中应用Vitapex糊剂根管填充治疗的成功率较高,可有效改善患儿的龈沟液中炎症因子水平、疼痛程度及牙周环境,减轻牙龈肿痛,提高咀嚼效率和家属满意度。Objective Exploring the effect of Vitapex paste root canal filling therapy on children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth.Methods Selecting 100 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2024 as the research subjects,using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group,both groups received root canal filling treatment,with the control group using calcium hydroxide paste as the root canal filling material and the observation group using Vitapex paste as the root canal filling material.Compare the treatment success rate,pain level,periodontal indicators,inflammatory factor levels in gingival crevicular fluid,gingival swelling and pain index,chewing efficiency,and family satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total success rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than the 76.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the periodontal pocket depth in the observation group was shallower than that in the control group,and the gingival bleeding index,gingival index,and plaque index scores were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the average levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α, and interleukin-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the gingival swelling and pain index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the chewing efficiency was higher than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P
