摘 要:目的探讨游戏联合语言认知训练对语言发育迟缓患儿语言沟通能力及发育商的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月枣庄市薛城区中医院收治的76例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规语言功能训练,观察组采用游戏联合语言认知训练。比较两组的语言沟通能力、语言发育水平及发育商。结果干预后,观察组语言接受能力、交流能力、描述能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第二阶段例数少于对照组,第四、五阶段例数均多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Gesell发育量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论游戏联合语言认知训练可提高语言发育迟缓患儿的语言沟通能力及语言发育水平,改善其发育商。Objective Exploring the effects of games combined with language cognitive training on the language comm-unication ability and developmental quotient of children with delayed language development.Methods Selecting 76 children with delayed language development admitted to Xuecheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zaozhuang City from February 2020 to February 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional language function training,while the observation group received games combined with language cognitive training.Compare the language communication ability,language development level,and developmental quotient between two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of language acceptance ability,communication ability,and description ability in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of cases in the second stage of the observation group was less than that in the control group,while the number of cases in the fourth and fifth stages were more than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Gesell Developmental Schedules score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Games combined with language cognitive training can improve the language communication ability and language development level of children with delayed language development,and improve their developmental quotient.
